I am a UX Design Manager with 15+ years of experience working for companies like AT&T, Citi, and 7-Eleven.
Most recently I managed the consumer design team at 7-Eleven responsible for re-imagining their customer-facing app experiences, and launching 7NOW — their multi-national flagship delivery service.
Co-directing a team of 38 while scaling the design practice to support the largest convenience retailer in the world.
How I led the effort to digitally transform 7-Eleven’s delivery program (7NOW) by designing a portal to automate marketing, merchandising, and operational tasks.
Architecting and designing a portal for AT&T’s network of third-party sellers (350K+). The portal is used daily to access information about AT&T products and services, correspond with AT&T field reps, and maintain training and certifications.

For the past three years, I have been leading and managing the design team at 7-Eleven defining their new ecosystem of consumer mobile apps. Recently, we launched the 7NOW delivery service, and scaled it to 4,500+ stores nationwide to meet the increased demand for delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to my tenure at 7-Eleven, I worked at Citi where I led a small team re-imagining their consumer web and mobile app experiences. I have also worked on multiple UX teams at AT&T designing B2B products supporting their sales teams and large enterprise customers.
Before formally working in Product Design, I worked as an Interactive Designer, Full-stack LAMP Developer, and Design Manager at a number of branding, UX, and full-service consultancies. Throughout my career, I have developed a unique set of skills including user-centered design, traditional design, front-end development, and team leadership.
